Student builds his own bumper during metal shop

Senior Samuel Johnson is removing his old bumper off of his car (shown below) and manufacturing his own custom front and back bumper. He’s going to buy and make all the parts himself from scratch. If he were to purchase and have a professionally installed bumper, it would come to a cost of about $1,200.
