Five days a week we trudge from classroom to classroom, through the same hallways and doors. Everything is so familiar that it blends into the background. The patterns and murals on the walls turn grey, the bright colors of bags and books blur together and fade. Everyone begins to become blind to the beautiful and interesting things are around us. Every once in awhile, it’s good to bend down and look closer at something or climb higher and see the school from the outside in. You will see things that most take for granted or don’t even notice, and you may find a way to escape the daily bland.
